Integrated Fighting Arts

About: Integrated Fighting and Kettlebell Academy is a private, not-for-profit training facility with a limit of 20 adult and 20 junior students located on the North Shore of Auckland in New Zealand.

We specialise in integrating the best of striking, grappling and groundwork. Integrated Fighting is a blend of martial arts comprising of techniques and principles from: Krav Maga, Catch-Wrestling, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, San-Shou, Judo, Goshin Ryu Ju-Jitsu, Shuai-Chao and Kettlebells.




Monday 6.30-8pm: MMA (Beginners/Intermediate)

Tuesday 6pm-7pm: MMA 4 Kids

Wednesday 6pm-6.40pm: Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning

                    6.40pm-7.45pm: MMA (Beginners/Intermediate)

Thursday 6.30pm-8pm: MMA (Seniors only - Green Belts and above only)

Saturday 8.15am-9.15am: Kettlebell Strength and Conditioning

               9.30am-10.30am: KetteBelles - ladies only kettlebell program

Saturday afternoon sparring-only sessions will be scheduled during "Fight Camp"

Fight Camps are 6 to 8-week intensive training periods where our Fight Team prepare for MMA and other competitive events.
