Oni Jiu Jitsu

Lineage: Oni Jiu Jitsu originates from Sakura Kan Jiu Jitsu, which in turn is derived from the Fuji Ryu Goshindo school of Martial Arts created / founded by Sugawara Geshu in 1962 in Miyagi Prefecture in Japan. Shihan Paul Reti is the current head of Fuji Ryu Goshin Do Jiu Jitsu, who taught Shihan James Salter who is the current head of Sakura Kan Jiu Jitsu.

Oni Jiu Jitsu has its roots in both these combat Jiu Jitsu styles, but they have been further adapted by Sensei Daryl from these original Jiu Jitsu systems to include new or improved techniques, better suited for situations in modern life.
